The SL Shakespeare Company has raised over L$1 million in its SOS Campaign. Perhaps unprecedented is the fact that the funds are raised purely to create a good within Second Life—but, what we do inworld spreads to help both you and the world. We really believe in our mission, and we want to show you that your funds are all accounted for, and go towards vital tasks in our endeavors. This website serves to document concisely the usage of all public funds we have collected, datestamped each time funds are transmitted.

* We are a professional theatre company. We pay for all production items, from props to clothing, except in rare cases, where we accept donated items. Our productions are never funded by public donations. In actuality, all public funds we have raised go towards paying tier to Linden Lab or as stipends to actors, with significant debt remaining. We're attempting to run an ideal nonprofit, where participants with artistic autocracy do their work for the sake of art; directors and admin staff are never paid for their work.
If you would like to support us, please consider contributing to our Campaign, by either hosting a kiosk (or telling others of it), or donating directly. Details on our current fundraising campaign are available at our Campaign website.
